Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Service & Sales Representative (Progression Role) to join our Phoenix team. This is a hands‑on route position supporting restaurants and commercial kitchens while learning the skills needed to manage your own customer route.
About the RoleAfter paid training, you'll service customers along a set route, restock chemical products, perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers, and build strong customer relationships using a company vehicle.
What You’ll Get- $25/hour
, with a typical 45+ hour workweek including overtime and on‑call pay - Anticipated annual earnings: $60,000–$65,000
- On‑call rotation: Roughly every 8-12 weeks
- Company-provided resources: Vehicle during business hours, phone, tools, uniforms, and paid training
- Career progression: This role prepares you to move into a Service & Sales Representative position, where first‑year earnings typically range from $75,000–$85,000
- Vacation: Earn up to 80 hours (2 weeks) in your first year, accrued each pay period
- Paid Sick Time: Up to 40 hours per year
- Paid Holidays: 6 company‑observed holidays + 1 floating holiday
