Vaco Arizona is hiring a B2B Collections Specialist for a top company in South Phoenix. This is a direct hire, onsite role paying up to $80,000/year.
Responsibilities- Handle high-volume outbound calls and emails to collect outstanding balances
- Manage a portfolio of national, multi-site accounts
- Review aging reports and prioritize collections
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and disputes with internal teams
- Negotiate payment terms and track all collection activity
- Monitor account trends and expedite delinquent accounts as needed
- 3+ years of recent B2B collections experience
- Experience handling national or multi-site customer accounts
- Strong verbal communication skills with confidence in high-volume outbound collections calls
Compensation: up to $80,000/year, potential discretionary bonuses, medical, dental and vision benefits, and 401(k) retirement plan.
