Presale Associate – Paradise Valley (Pre‑Sale Phase)

Crunch Fitness is hiring Pre‑Sale Associates for an upcoming club in Paradise Valley. The role focuses on community engagement and lead generation to support the club’s grand opening.

• Build quality relationships in the community that exemplify the Crunch brand.
• Produce leads during community conversations to support future sales.
• Execute action items that help launch the gym successfully, such as social media promotion and flyer distribution.
• Support the management team at presale events, including onsite visits, one‑day cyber sale events, BBQs, and the grand opening party.
• Demonstrate strong integrity and obtain high‑quality leads from interested community members.

• Outgoing and personable; organized and service‑oriented.
• Professional demeanor with effective communication skills.
• Team‑oriented individual willing to go above and beyond.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to walk multiple miles per day visiting local businesses.
• Willingness to work weekend hours.
• English proficiency required; bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not mandatory.
