This position is located in the Arrowhead area of Glendale, Arizona.

Position SummaryThe Sales Representative is responsible for the successful sale, distribution, and retail execution of Hensley's full product portfolio. This role drives volume growth, strengthens account relationships, and ensures optimal product visibility and execution across assigned retail accounts within the Arrowhead territory.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and organize daily sales routes and account visits
- Meet with account managers or decision-makers to review orders, identify opportunities, and assess market changes
- Recommend new products and promotional opportunities to increase sales and visibility
- Ensure proper product placement, pricing accuracy, and freshness standards in all accounts
- Execute shelf management including stocking, facing, rotation, and display execution
- Maintain backstock organization, product rotation, and breakage tracking for delivery readiness
- Prepare and present inventory-based orders to account buyers
- Execute displays, shelf sets, and promotional programs using strong selling techniques
- Submit all orders and updates via handheld device by required daily deadlines (3:30 PM cutoff)
- Maintain consistent communication with management regarding account performance and execution
- Respond to messages and service needs, including occasional evenings and weekends
- Previous beverage industry or sales experience preferred, but not required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and frequently lift over 100 lbs
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable transportation required (vehicle allowance provided)
