As Head of US West
, you will lead our Sales and Customer Support teams across the Western United States and Canada. You’ll set the regional go‑to‑market strategy, drive growth with the support of our channel partners, and provide day‑to‑day leadership to the team. This role includes people management responsibilities and the opportunity to expand the team. The position is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the US West & Canada Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Solutions Engineering teams (5–7 direct reports).
  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the region, aligned with global goals.
  • Build and strengthen our channel partner network, from recruitment to enablement to long‑term success.
  • Hire top talent and build a team culture based on accountability, trust, and shared success.
  • Support the team in the field with strategic deals, partner development, and customer relationships.
  • Use data to drive decisions, leveraging Hub Spot and other tools to track pipeline, performance, and partner health.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to localize our go‑to‑market approach.
  • Represent the company at key industry events and meetings across the region.
  • Act as a regional ambassador for our brand, values, and vision.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of highly relevant B2B technology sales experience, with a strong channel and partner management background.
  • Experience building and scaling commercial teams from the ground up in a fast‑paced, scale‑up environment.
  • Proven success leading both Sales and post‑sales/technical teams.
  • Strong, people‑first leadership, developing talent and attracting top performers.
  • Commercially sharp, metrics‑driven, and customer‑obsessed.
  • Persuasive, independent, at ease negotiating and developing trust.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and distributed work.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
  • Track record of leadership in Customer Success and Solutions Engineering.
  • Expertise in surveying and mapping around the mining, engineering, and construction verticals.
  • Robust network within the UAS and geospatial industries.
  • Previous experience with image post‑processing software such as Pix4D, Agisoft, TBC, Leica, ESRI.
  • FAA Part 107 Certificate.
