Aboutthe Role
The Sr. Solutions Representative is the strategic, central force and apex orchestrator of client success across our most valued Summit Accounts. This is an elite, high-impact position that moves beyond transactional selling to lead to a holistic, end-to-end success strategy. As a dedicated, customer- and partner-facing leader, you are responsible for orchestrating the entire account team—including sales, solutions, and technical experts—to ensure flawless execution.
Your mission is to maximize the effectiveness of every field selling resource (AE, CEP, SSE, SAE, etc.) and consistently drive substantial, long-term revenue growth. You will act as a relationship-driven revenue champion, dedicated to scaling our elite clientele by leveraging our full portfolio of solutions and OEM partnerships to consistently maximize account value and client satisfaction.
Central or East Coast Hours.
Operational Excellence & System Mastery-Demonstrate complete operational independence across all core systems, ensuring flawless execution and data integrity.
- Quarterback to the Account Team:
Act as the "heartbeat" of the team. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure a seamless sales cycle from discovery-to-delivery. As a Solutions Representative Account Manager, your commitment should be "All-in" with your Account Executive (AE), "white-glove" with clients, and a trusted resource for our partners. - Meeting client SLAs
- Accurate quoting and ordering
- Pricing negotiation with clients, partners and distribution
- Full team communication, "it takes a village"
- Weekly Pipeline hygiene and trajectory progression
- Relationship Development from Clients, Partners to internal teams (ie: BDM}
- Keep Account Executive out of day-to-day tasks so they can focus on strategic efforts
- Infrastructure COI/CSI/CRI management
- Salesforce Mastery:
Maintain 100% operational independence with real-time updates - Power BI Proficiency:
Achieve independence in data analysis and reporting - End-to-End Process Ownership:
Oversee all transactions from forecasting, quotes, delivery and invoiced - Data Integrity:
Ensure accuracy in pipeline, backlog, and all client records - Self-Reliance Fundamentals:
Troubleshoot issues independently; own learning and skill development - Organizational Excellence:
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with high attention to detail. - Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to translate technical jargon into business outcomes. - Problem-Solving:
Strong critical thinking skills to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics. - Proactive Engagement:
Take ownership of account-specific goals. Foster direct client engagement and ensure all team members are aligned with client objectives. - Manage End-to-End Success:
Oversee all transactions from quotes to payment to delivery, ensuring data integrity, process adherence, and consistent, high-touch client experience throughout. - System Mastery:
Strive to maintain 100% operational independence in Salesforce, Power BI, and Horizon AI Hub/InsightIQ. - Optimize Deal Structure:
Prepare and manage comprehensive quotes and Bills of Materials (BOMs), actively seeking opportunities to maximize gross profit by capitalizing on deal registration, rebates, spiffs, and other incentives. - Translate Needs…
