Patient Acquisition Specialist — Remote | Well Adjusted Chiropractic
Important: A video introduction is required to be considered for this role. Clear, professional spoken English is mandatory and will be evaluated as part of the screening process.
Well Adjusted Chiropractic is a fast-growing, multi-location chiropractic organization with five clinics across Colorado and Texas. We are built around a culture of exceptional patient care, high standards, and scalable systems. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven, communicative, and organized Patient Acquisition Specialist to join our remote team.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love connecting with people, and are motivated by performance-based earnings, this role was built for you.
What You'll DoYou will be the first voice prospective new patients hear after expressing interest in our care. Speed matters — our standard is contacting new leads within five minutes of inquiry. You will manage follow-up sequences across five clinic locations using Go High Level CRM, with persistent outbound contact before a lead transitions to a long-term drip campaign. You will schedule appointments directly into clinic calendars and work to ensure those patients actually walk through the door.
This is not a passive customer service role. It requires hustle, persistence, genuine warmth, and the ability to have confident, trust-building conversations with people who are considering healthcare for themselves or their families.
What You'll Be Responsible For- Responding to inbound leads within five minutes of inquiry.
- Conducting persistent outbound follow-up calls and text messages across all five clinic locations.
- Managing lead pipelines inside Go High Level CRM across multiple subaccounts.
- Scheduling new patient appointments directly into clinic calendars.
- Maintaining accurate lead status and notes in the CRM.
- Meeting minimum contact attempt standards before transitioning leads to drip campaigns.
- Representing Well Adjusted Chiropractic with professionalism, warmth, and energy in every patient interaction.
- Clear, neutral spoken English is required.
- Bilingual Spanish and English is strongly preferred and will be prioritized among qualified candidates.
- Prior experience in appointment setting, patient coordination, sales, or a high-volume phone-based role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Go High Level or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
- You must be self-directed, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace are required.
This is a remote independent contractor position. Lead response is expected promptly when notifications arrive, including evenings and weekends when our advertising generates inbound interest. Follow-up calling and outbound contact work occurs primarily during regular business hours. Flexibility and responsiveness are essential to success in this role.
CompensationThis role pays a consistent monthly retainer plus performance-based bonuses tied to appointments scheduled and patient show rate. Total monthly earnings for strong performers typically range from $1,500 to $3,000+ per month. The bonus structure is designed to reward speed, follow-through, and results. Top performers who consistently convert leads into showing patients will see that reflected directly in their earnings.
How to ApplySubmit your resume along with a short video introduction of two minutes or less. In your video, tell us who you are, why this role interests you, and demonstrate the communication style you would bring to patient conversations. Applications without a video introduction will not be considered.
We are growing fast and plan to build a full team of high-performing Patient Acquisition Specialists. If you are the right person, there is a long-term opportunity here to grow with us.
