Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Independent Sales Representative role based in Phoenix, AZ. The Independent Sales Representative will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, and conduct in-person meetings to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions. Daily responsibilities include prospecting through calls, visits, and networking, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and negotiating terms to close deals.
The role also involves maintaining accurate records of activities and opportunities in a CRM or tracking system, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, and providing regular updates on sales performance and market feedback. The position requires consistent follow-up with prospects and existing customers to foster long-term relationships and drive repeat business.

- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management, preferably in business services or related industries.
- Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers in person and over the phone.
- Effective negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities, with a consultative approach to understanding client needs.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, including maintaining a structured schedule and accurate sales records.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain solutions in a straightforward manner.
- Comfort working independently, taking ownership of sales targets, and being accountable for results.
- Familiarity with basic sales tools and CRM systems, as well as proficiency with standard office software.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus, with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ, and travel locally for client visits and networking events as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or sales training is a plus.
