Compensation: Base + Uncapped Commission, On-target earnings $115K+

Corporate Air Mechanical Services (CAMS) is seeking a driven, competitive, high-energy individual to build a book of business selling Commercial HVAC/R Planned Maintenance & Service Agreements in the Phoenix market.

This role is ideal for recent college graduates, former college athletes, or commission-based sales professionals who want to build a six-figure career. Experience in the industry is preferred but not required; we provide industry and technical training.

• Prospect daily by phone, email, and in-person visits

• Build and grow your own book of recurring service revenue
• Track activity and meet performance targets
• Pursue target customers and grow into large, key accounts

This is a hunter role. You will be expected to create your own opportunities while caring for the book of customers you add to CAMS.

• Solid base salary

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications, etc.)
• OR proven success in commission-based sales
• Comfortable working around industrial equipment and climbing ladders or rooftops
• Must be based in the Phoenix, AZ area
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
