Aboutthe Role
We're looking for a Sales Representative who is proactive, entrepreneurial, and hungry to build something from the ground up. This is not a "wait for inbound leads" role — you'll be identifying prospects, running outreach, booking demos, and closing deals with orthopedic practices, surgical groups, and multi-specialty clinics across the U.S.
You’ll be one of the first sales hires at a company with real product‑market fit, paying customers, and a massive addressable market. If you thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and want to have an outsized impact on a company's trajectory, this is your opportunity.
What You’ll Do- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for B2B healthcare accounts
- Identify and engage decision‑makers at orthopedic and surgical practices (CEOs, COOs, practice administrators, office managers)
- Run product demos and articulate the ROI of Clinic Flow’s voice AI platform
- Build and manage your own pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaborate directly with the founding team on sales strategy, messaging, and market positioning
- Provide market feedback to shape product development and go‑to‑market strategy
- Represent Clinic Flow at industry events and conferences
- 1‑3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or health tech
- A self‑starter mentality — you don't wait to be told what to do
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and creative problem‑solving
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to wear multiple hats
- Experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Hub Spot, Close, Salesforce, etc.)
- Bonus: experience selling into medical practices or health systems
