Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive new business growth within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. This is a high-impact, client-facing role responsible for developing new enterprise relationships, expanding market presence, and delivering customized outsourcing solutions to organizations across multiple industries. The ideal candidate is a proven hunter with a successful track record of selling BPO solutions, closing complex enterprise deals, and building long-term executive relationships.

- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new enterprise clients for BPO and outsourcing services.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with operations and solution teams to develop customized client proposals.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities using CRM tools and sales best practices.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and customer meetings.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities to support business growth.
- Mentor and collaborate with internal sales team members to drive overall performance.
- Minimum of 5 years of business development or enterprise sales experience within the BPO, outsourcing, or customer experience services industry.
- Proven success selling complex BPO solutions and closing high-value enterprise agreements.
- Strong understanding of outsourcing services, customer experience solutions, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop executive-level relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Existing network of enterprise-level contacts.
- Experience working in a high-growth sales organization.
- Experience leading or mentoring business development teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
