HCLTech is expanding its global Data Center Services business, and we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Leader to drive large-scale DC build and modernization programs — including greenfield builds, brownfield upgrades, capacity expansions, and AI-ready data centers

🔍 What You’ll Do- Drive growth for HCLTech’s end-to-end Data Center Services portfolio globally.
- Identify and pursue large, strategic DC opportunities across industries and regions.
- Lead early customer discovery across MEP, power, cooling, cabling, sustainability, modular builds
, and AI infrastructure
. - Partner with engineering, PMO, OEMs, and construction partners to craft differentiated, win-ready proposals
. - Own commercials, pricing strategy, negotiation, and contracting
. - Lead RFI/RFP responses
, solution narratives, and C‑level presentations. - Build and manage alliances with OEMs and strategic partners.
- Maintain a strong qualified pipeline aligned to aggressive growth targets.
- 12+ years in enterprise B2B sales or business development in data centers or critical infrastructure
. - Proven success selling large-scale DC build or modernization programs
. - Strong understanding of AI data center needs (power density, advanced cooling, high-scale design).
- Deep knowledge of DC power, cooling, and infrastructure technologies
. - Experience leading multi-partner pursuits and complex negotiations.
- Strong techno-commercial acumen — ability to translate engineering detail into business value.
- Comfortable in a high-travel, customer-facing, autonomous role.
- Confident engaging C‑level leaders, OEM executives, and global partners
.

Compensationand Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program;
