Business Development Executive – Smart Infrastructure & Automation Solutions
Location:
Remote (Preference for proximity to large metropolitan areas)
Travel Requirement:
Approximately 25%
We’re seeking a target-driven Business Development Executive to lead outreach, demo engagements, and deal cycles across diverse sectors—from municipal services to commercial facilities. You’ll represent a game-changing product, managing the full process from lead generation to closing and deployment.
Key Responsibilities- Own the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, product demonstrations, contract negotiations, and customer onboarding.
- Target and engage stakeholder audiences such as facility operations leaders, municipal decision-makers, and property management executives.
- Conduct in-person or virtual demonstrations that highlight the product’s tangible benefits.
- Coordinate with internal operations for inventory readiness and delivery logistics.
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales activity tracking.
- Offer feedback to refine sales strategy, personas, and supporting materials.
- Consistently meet or surpass performance benchmarks.
- 5+ years in B2B field or enterprise sales, preferably with physical products or solution-based offerings.
- Familiarity with automation, robotics, facilities tech, IoT, or public infrastructure is advantageous.
- Experience navigating short-to-medium sales cycles driven by cold outreach and demos.
- Proficient in CRM and sales platforms like Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar tools.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable traveling up to 25% for demonstrations and customer engagement.
- Work with a real, deployable product supported by ready inventory.
