Overview:

An award-winning staffing and executive search firm is hiring a remote Business Development Manager (BDM) to focus on selling direct hire and executive search solutions across key professional verticals including:

• Accounting + Finance
• Technology/IT
• Operations
• Engineering & Manufacturing
• Logistics
• Human Resources

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a high-impact, sales-only role — not a recruiting position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell executive search and direct hire services to new and existing clients. (
  
  NOTE:
  
  Recruiters or Recruiting-focused professionals are not a fit)
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective client opportunities
• Meet or exceed individual GP and revenue goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven success generating $250K+ in annual gross profit (GP)
• Recent (last 2 positions) selling staffing/search solutions at a staffing/search firm.
• Prior tenure at a well-known firm (e.g., Robert Half, Kforce, Tek Systems, etc.) is a strong plus
• Existing book of business or warm client relationships highly preferred
• Must have a hunter mentality — this is a pure sales role

Compensation:

• Base Salary (Draw): $50,000-$100,000 plus commission
• On-Target Earnings (Sample based on $75,000 base salary):
