Account Executive – Spring Cash
Remote – Full-Time

Today’s consumer brands need capital that matches their speed. Traditional invoice and PO financing is slow, cumbersome, and costly. That’s why we built Spring Cash. Our model, backed by GB Bank (UK) with £2 billion+ in deposits—gives us access to lower-cost capital and the flexibility to structure financing around the realities of growing brands. We fund suppliers upfront and unlock cash tied up in invoices, enabling founders to scale without compromise.

Spring Cash was founded by Sameer Gehlaut, a proven entrepreneur who has built multi-billion-dollar institutions across banking, real estate, and fintech. With this foundation, we’re bringing smarter financing to ambitious brands across the US.

Your Role at a Glance
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new opportunities with high-growth consumer brands in North America
  • Engage with some of the most exciting challenger brands entering retail and scaling into national distribution
  • Source and manage your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, alongside support from BDRs and marketing
  • Conduct consultative discovery conversations using solution-based sales frameworks
  • Work cross-functionally with underwriting and operations to deliver fast, flexible offers
  • Act as a true partner to founders, ensuring terms are structured to create long-term value
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
What makes you a great fit
  • 1–3 years of Account Executive experience, ideally selling to SMB or mid-market companies
  • Background as a BDR/SDR with consistent target over achievement
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas in a high-velocity environment
  • Experience in fintech, finance, SaaS, or CPG is a strong plus
  • Consultative selling approach with strong discovery and negotiation skills
  • Team-first mentality with ambition to overdeliver for customers and colleagues
  • Passion for supporting consumer brands and helping founders scale
