Teo Pros Building Services is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to expand our presence within the HOA and community management industry across the Greater Phoenix area.

This is a relationship-driven role focused on building trust, developing strategic partnerships, and identifying opportunities to support HOA communities through maintenance, repair, renovation, and capital improvement solutions.

What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain relationships with HOA management companies, community managers, board members, and industry professionals
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, industry events, and strategic partnerships
  • Attend board meetings, community walks, educational events, and industry functions
  • Identify opportunities for maintenance, repairs, renovations, reserve projects, and capital improvements
  • Serve as a trusted resource for HOA decision-makers and community stakeholders
  • Collaborate with estimating, project management, and operations teams
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in business development, HOA/community management, vendor relations, or account management
  • Existing HOA industry relationships strongly preferred
  • Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, professional, organized, and highly responsive
  • CRM and Microsoft Office experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
