Route Service Representative; Workweek

Job Description

Cintas is hiring a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck along a defined route and providing service and sales within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor‑outdoor position where partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Maintain quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Meet all Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs, including an active driver’s license, minimum age 21, DOT medical certification, and documentation of prior employment.
• Pass the physical requirements of the position.
• Hold a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent military service.
• Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation.
• Self‑motivated with a drive to work in a team‑based environment.
• Maintain a positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
