We are looking for a high-energy Roofing Sales Professional to join our team and help us grow our market presence. In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging with homeowners directly to provide roofing solutions and build lasting value.

• Proactive Prospecting: Generating new business through door-to-door outreach.
• Consultative Selling: Conducting site assessments, demonstrating our products, and guiding clients toward the best roofing solutions for their needs.
• Relationship Management: Building trust with prospects and ensuring seamless communication from the initial pitch to project completion.
• Winning: Consistently hitting your targets and staying sharp on industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.

• No Experience Needed: We care about your drive! Our Owner and Top Sales Project Manager will provide full, hands‑on training on everything you need to know.
• The "Closer" Mindset: High energy, self‑motivated, and ready to hustle.
• Requirements: You MUST have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Bonus:
  Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply!

• Base: $250 weekly.
• Appointment Bonus: $50 for every qualified appointment you set.
• Closing Bonus: An additional $150 if that appointment turns into a signed contract.
• Weekly Volume Bonus: Hit 10 qualified appointments in a single week and receive an extra $200 bonus on top of your earnings.

  If your total appointment-based earnings exceed your base pay, you receive the higher amount.
