Prescott or Flagstaff, AZ. Responsible for securing and maintaining service accounts and repair work while developing strong relationships with new and existing customers so that the branch consistently meets annual revenue goals.
Essential Job Functions- Exceed sales goals and quotas by using company tools to grow service and repair revenue and reduce cancellations.
- Manage service accounts by visiting Tier 1, 2, and 3 customers within the assigned territory, building ongoing relationships, and understanding their needs. Includes engagement with BOMA and related groups.
- Develop capital plans for customers to address short‑ and long‑term building needs.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company products through training, factory manuals, supplier information, and local elevator code requirements.
- Prepare repair job proposals by estimating labor and other costs with estimating software, obtaining price estimates for items not in the program, and reviewing blueprints and equipment surveys. Coordinate with operations personnel for approvals.
- Prepare service contract bids, reviewing blueprints and equipment surveys as needed and coordinating with operations personnel for approvals.
- Respond to written and oral questions about quoted repairs and service contracts, performing follow‑up with customers on all proposals.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 1 year of business‑to‑business sales experience required.
- Strong attention to detail with proactive follow‑up skills.
- Demonstrated success in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, team members, and cross‑functional colleagues.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Salesforce experience (preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints (preferred).
