The Sales Representative is responsible for the promotion, sale, and support of a proprietary biologic implant portfolio within an assigned territory. This role focuses on establishing and maintaining relationships with orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine physicians, hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers to achieve sales objectives and expand market share.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve assigned sales quotas and performance objectives within the designated territory.
  • Promote and sell biologic implant products to orthopedic and sports medicine surgeons.
  • Develop new business and expand existing accounts in hospitals, ASCs, and physician practices.
  • Provide clinical and technical support during surgical cases in the operating room.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, in‑service training, and educational presentations for surgeons and staff.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans, including account targeting and competitive conversion strategies.
  • Communicate market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to sales management.
  • Attend regional and national trade shows, meetings, and training programs as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful direct medical device sales experience.
  • Prior experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, biologics, or regenerative medicine preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a territory‑based role.
  • Strong clinical aptitude and ability to communicate surgical techniques and product value effectively.
  • Existing relationships with orthopedic or sports medicine surgeons preferred.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.

Compensation: Competitive package (Base + Commission)
