• Enthusiastically lead customers through their sales journey.
• Professionally represent the dealership and maintain high customer satisfaction through frequent, friendly follow‑up.
• Respond to and communicate with potential prospects generated from web leads, phone leads, and in‑store leads.
• Manage multiple customer relationships and their respective needs.
• Participate in frequent training to develop sales skills and product knowledge.

• Must be 18 years or older, authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid in‑state driver’s license and a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Friendly and cooperative demeanor.
• Quick to connect and build relationships with others.
• Easygoing, uninhibited, and comfortable working with others.
• Persuasive with a strong drive for results.
• Tolerant of uncertainty.
