Sales – Commercial Territory Manager (Phoenix, AZ)

• Sell factory direct wood/clad window and door products
• Prepare and deliver timely quotes
• Build and maintain business relationships
• Create and maintain a solid customer base
• Identify potential customers
• Stay informed of construction activity in territory
• Cold‑call prospects
• Help customers identify their needs
• Meet or exceed customer expectations

• 2+ years sales experience in the commercial market
• Working knowledge of commercial construction practices
• Knowledge of window and door products (plus)
• Construction industry knowledge preferred
• Familiarity with commercial/architectural community
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
  Proficient computer and math skills
• Organized, self‑motivated, detail oriented
• Competitive drive
• Must reside in Phoenix or surrounding areas

Base salary of $50,000 per year plus a scaled percentage of sales volume and a gross profit bonus.
