Job Overview

At Lobel our Area Sales Managers serve as primary liaison between Dealer Partners and Lobel Financial. They are focused on building strong dealer relationships, driving loan application volume, and consistently exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote Lobel’s products and deliver excellent service
  • Prospect and onboard new dealerships
  • Build and maintain trust-based dealer partner relationships
  • Train dealers on the Deal Writer program
  • Plan and manage daily sales activities effectively
  • Travel regularly to develop in-person relationships
  • Exceed sales goals within assigned territory
  • Serve as liaison between dealer partners and internal departments (credit, funding etc)
Requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, indirect auto, or dealer operations preferred.
  • Proven sales success, preferably in automotive or subprime finance
  • Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
  • Self‑motivated with ability to manage priorities independently
  • Results‑driven with a focus on growth and revenue
  • Willingness to travel extensively
Compensation and Benefits

$90,000 – $120,000/year
