• Consultative Selling:
  Cultivate strong relationships with customers by managing and growing accounts.
• Sales Prospecting:
  Find new opportunities, win new business, and grow the territory.
• Customer Experience Advocate:
  Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-tier service, technical support, safe and innovative solutions to our customers.
• Portfolio Management:
  Prioritize selling time and results to effectively manage the sales funnel and territory. Be relentless to win back lost customers.

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a similar B2B sales environment and a demonstrated track record of building relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Self‑directed and outcome‑focused. Takes initiative, acts decisively, and consistently delivers results.
• Good listener who is curious, has a passion for learning about customer needs, solving problems and winning business.
• Planned preparation to conduct effective sales calls, make persuasive presentations, handle objections, negotiate, demonstrate value, and close deals.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
