Ticket Door-to-Door Appointment Setter

Day to day:
Come on time to the morning meeting (Mon-Friday @9:30 am and Saturdays @9:00. Team meeting lasts about a hour. Then you head to hood with your own vehicle.

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Run discovery calls, present packages, and close high-margin engagements
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

• Day 30:
  Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6:
  Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$260K annualized)
• Year 1:
  Top quartile clears $240K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
