Ride Now Powersports Phoenix is seeking an outgoing and highly motivated Parts Counter Associate
! If you have the confidence to sell, love the idea of making unlimited commission selling stuff you love, are a customer service Rockstar, and live to ride, this opportunity may be perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

• Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts.
• Sell cool stuff (a.k.a. parts) to go on cool bikes! (a portion of your income is commission on your sales)
• Look up records and enter customer information.
• Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service over the phone.
• Receive and account for all incoming parts.
• Provide cost of parts for customers.
• Make sure all displays are organized.
• Update customers on all orders and ensure they are satisfied.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of powersports dealership experience desired.
• Familiar with stocking and organizing parts inventory.
• Experience with point-of-sale & computerized inventory systems and the ability to quickly learn new software systems
• Experience utilizing dealer management tools, such as CDK, Lightspeed, etc.
• Ability to remain customer focused and respond in a positive manner when faced with difficult or stressful situations.
• Exceptional communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to desire to learn about our products and parts
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a can do attitude!
• Ability to work a full time schedule including Saturdays
