Shift: 7:00am - 4:00pm (Sundays closed); plus one weekday off (must be available Saturdays).
- Base: $41,200
- OTE: $80,000 – $100,000+ (uncapped)
About the Role
This is not a transactional sales role—it’s a high-impact, consultative appointment closing environment where every conversation has the potential to change someone’s confidence and quality of life.
You’ll work exclusively with high-intent inbound leads—people actively seeking solutions. Your job is to guide, build trust, and bring them in for an in-person hair health consult.
We’re looking for closers who want more than a job—they want ownership of their number, control over their income, and a path to grow.
What You’ll Own
- Full‑cycle appointment setting responsibility—from first call through close.
- Converting high-intent inbound leads at a high rate.
- Building trust quickly through consultative, needs-based selling.
- Handling objections with confidence and emotional intelligence.
- Consistently outperforming KPIs for conversion, revenue, and efficiency.
- Creating a seamless transition from digital experience to in-person consultation.
