Club Pilates Norterra & Club Pilates North Scottsdale, part of Xponential Fitness, seeks a Sales Representative/Front Desk to drive new member signups and bookings for Intro classes while supporting member retention. Pilates knowledge is a plus but not required.
Essential duties include lead follow-up, tours, appointment setting, and event participation to meet sales targets. The role is part-time (20–30 hours/week) with flexible hours across 6AM–7PM daily and weekends.
