Responsibilities

Promote maintenance and service contracts for HVAC systems, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with clients within an assigned territory to ensure future sales.

Monitor market, competitor products, and activities, adjusting sales strategies to maximize results.

Use negotiation skills to close sales deals and achieve high customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with technical teams to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for customers.

Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Continuously update job knowledge through educational opportunities, professional publications, and organizations.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance sales in HVAC sector within Construction.
Proven track record in outside sales, account management, and territory management.
Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems and maintenance requirements.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with a record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
