Role Overview
Kitchen
365 is looking for a highly motivated and strategic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and client acquisition in the North American (USA) market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B/SaaS sales, a deep understanding of buyer psychology, and proven expertise in end-to-end sales execution.
This role involves complete ownership of the sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure—while working closely with Marketing, Product, and UI/UX teams to strengthen go-to-market strategies, messaging, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Growth & Client Acquisition
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and new client acquisition targets.
- Own leads end-to-end, from initial outreach to deal closure and client handover.
- Build and maintain a strong, consistent sales pipeline through proactive prospecting.
- Meet activity and performance benchmarks such as leads generated, meetings scheduled, proposals shared, and deals closed
2. Sales Pitching & Deal Closure
- Design and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored for the North American audience.
- Create, customize, and present high-impact sales pitch decks and PPTs aligned with Kitchen
365’s USPs. - Apply buyer psychology and consultative selling techniques to drive higher conversion rates.
- Handle objections, negotiations, and pricing discussions with confidence.
3. Product & Market Understanding
- Quickly gain in-depth knowledge of Kitchen
365’s products and services. - Clearly articulate features, benefits, and value propositions to different buyer personas.
- Translate product capabilities into customer‑centric business solutions.
4. Lead Generation & Outreach
- Generate leads through multiple outbound and inbound channels, including:
- Email and lead‑nurture campaigns
- Cold calling
- Linked In, Facebook, and other social platforms
- Google search and online prospecting
- Lead generation tools, databases, and sales software
- Continuously test, optimize, and refine outreach strategies to improve conversions.
5. Client Relationship Management & Partnerships
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with prospects and clients.
- Develop and manage referral and strategic partnerships.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client pain points and business objectives.
6. Competitive Intelligence & Market Feedback
- Track competitor offerings, pricing, positioning, and sales strategies.
- Share actionable insights with Sales Management and Product teams on:
- Market trends
- Customer feedback and pain points
- Feature requests and improvement opportunities
- New initiatives and product ideas
7. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with UI/UX and Design teams to enhance sales collateral, pitch decks, and marketing materials.
- Support trade shows, events, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
8. CRM Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in CRM tools such as Fresh sales or similar platforms.
- Ensure strong CRM hygiene and consistent tracking of leads, deals, and customer interactions.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including:
- Sales performance metrics
- Funnel and conversion analysis
- Activity and productivity reports
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in B2B and SaaS sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- High proficiency in sales pitching and PPT creation
- Deep understanding of buyer psychology and consultative selling
- Proven ability in lead generation and outbound sales
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high ownership
- Fast learner with adaptability to new products, tools, and markets
Experience & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
- Prior experience selling SaaS‑based products is highly preferred
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling to international markets (North America preferred)
- Hands‑on experience with CRM tools such as Fresh sales, Salesforce, or similar
