-based experienced travel advisors and relationship-driven professionals who are passionate about luxury travel, entrepreneurship, and exceptional client service.

As a Luxury Travel Advisor with Boutique Travel Advisors, you will build and manage your own travel advisory business while creating customized travel experiences for your clients.

This entrepreneurial role combines sales, relationship management, business development, marketing, destination expertise, and luxury travel planning.

You will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the client journey—from the initial consultation and trip design process through travel and post-travel follow-up—while building long‑term client relationships and growing a sustainable business.

Advisors are responsible for generating new business through referrals, networking, partnerships, events, social media, and community engagement. They are also encouraged to develop expertise within their areas of specialization and position themselves as trusted resources within their communities and professional networks.

While advisors operate independently, they do so with the support of BTA's leadership team, technology ecosystem, supplier relationships, educational resources, and collaborative advisor community.
