Sales Executive - Financial Crimes Solutions

Overview

This role involves selling and learning our next generation platform, Financial Crimes Defender, to current and prospective clients, and helping them address Financial Crimes needs.

This position may be worked remotely within the United States, with the exception of California. All positions may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding to verify identity.

• Responsible for selling specific products and/or services to existing JHA client base.
• Initiates contact via prospecting and cold calling within existing JHA customer base to sell products and/or services.
• Works as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified accounts within a territory.
• Demonstrates specialized product knowledge for a specific solution, thorough understanding of market trends, and competitive intelligence.
• Utilizes JHA resources and tools to prepare and present proposals to clients.
• Meets annual sales goals and objectives.
• Responsible for accurate sales forecasting.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 2 years of previous experience with enterprise level sales or minimum of 5 years financial crimes management or higher.
• Average of 40% travel is required.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with Fraud, AML or the Banking Secrecy Act.
• Good understanding of JH products and services.
• General knowledge of technology including systems, applications and banking practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Solid decision-making, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels in the company and clients.
