Acute Care Regional Sales Manager

As an Acute Care Regional Sales Manager at Stryker, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales activities within a specific geographic area or region for the Acute Care business unit. Your main goal is to meet or exceed sales targets and grow the company’s market share in your region. You will manage your direct sales team, strategize, monitor team performance, build client relationships, and collaborate closely with other service teams to support sales efforts.

• Work in the field to focus on the development of Sales Account Managers and customers to create greater loyalty, accelerate growth, and maximize opportunities.
• Develop strategy and objections to achieve financial plan for the Region by revenue growth, share and profitability.
• Provide leadership, coaching and direction to the team and reinforce company vision, mission, strategy and position.
• Develop and maintain Key Opinion Leader relationships at Executive level.
• Manage all customer and employee issues effectively.
• Provide feedback and input to management regarding market, competition, programs and field.
• Work effectively with counterparts and other functions to achieve goals.
• Hiring, training, performance management, territory and quota assignment, forecasting and budgeting are all common job duties.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5 years’ experience required.
• Valid driver license in the state of residence with a good driving record.

• 5+ years’ experience in sales.
• 2+ years’ experience in medical devices/disposables/capital equipment.
• Previous management experience.

$138,000 - $151,800 and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits. Health benefits include:
