Show & Events Specialist

Description

Win Choice is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and relationship-driven Show & Events Specialist to help grow our presence in the community while generating qualified homeowner appointments for our sales team.

In this role, you'll represent Win Choice at home shows, community events, networking opportunities, and local organizations while building lasting partnerships that create new business opportunities. As a Show & Events Specialist, you will:

• Build strategic partnerships with local organizations and community groups to generate homeowner referrals and qualified appointments.
• Represent Win Choice at home shows, festivals, community events, and networking functions while promoting our brand and engaging with potential customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners through regular communication and ongoing account management.
• Coordinate and participate in community outreach initiatives, including sponsor ships, volunteer events, fundraising activities, and local business engagement.
• Help achieve team goals by generating qualified appointments, expanding community partnerships, and contributing to monthly performance objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, marketing, or sales is preferred.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships with new people.
• Self-motivated, outgoing, and enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed for shows and community events.
