My client's business included HVAC Mechanical Contracting and Building Automation. Looking for Sales Representatives on both the HVAC Service Sales side and the Building Automation division. On the Building Automation end need:
- Hard requirements
: 5-7 years minimum in BAS industry. Has been in sales multiple years. - Some experience with Tridium Niagara, Distech, Honeywell, Johnson. Product Agnostic. Open protocol systems. Bac Net, Modbus
On the HVAC Service Sales end need:
- 90% office/10% in field; generally 8am-5pm
- Selling repairs to commercial mechanical equipment – time & materials
- Quoting stuff under $10k, times a bit more but not $50k
- Day to Day:
Come in, check into Build Ops (software), what has been generated by techs and start generating quotes. - Need to have some previous experience as technician
- Good with Excel (no pivot tables or VLookup experience needed
