Wise Staffing Group is now seeking a Business Development Manager to join our growing Phoenix, AZ team! Opportunity comes with a competitive base salary with total compensation estimated at $125,000 - $150,000 annually!
Summary:The Business Development Manager is a goal-oriented, highly motivated person with strong sales ability. The ideal candidate demonstrates an out-of-the-box mentality and brings a desire to hunt to the Wise Staffing Group team. This role is responsible and held accountable for consistently increasing revenue through generating new business by prospecting and closing new opportunities and leveraging existing relationships.
Responsibilities:- Develops a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinates with territory leadership to identify and plan for long-term business growth and goals.
- Conducts market research to identify prospective clients and promote company services.
- Confirms priorities and objectives with in-branch team members daily.
- Assists with urgent operational needs as required.
- Ensures total client satisfaction with services provided by recruitment team.
- Manages and coaches in-branch team as necessary.
- Arranges business meetings with prospective clients. Travels to potential customers daily.
- Utilizes a face-to-face sales tactic. Focuses on door-to-door sales, cold calling, and brand promotion.
- Provides exceptional service and account management. Predicts and addresses client pain-points.
- Maintains active relationships with clients. Provides trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Prepares sales contracts in law-established rules and guidelines.
- Negotiates agreements with clients. Obtains mutually satisfactory solutions.
- Keeps accurate record of sales, revenue, invoices, and other pertinent data.
- Accurately reports branch performance to territory leadership on a daily and weekly basis.
- Meets daily, weekly, and monthly quotas and KPIs.
- Logs sales activities into CRM. Maintains an active sales pipeline.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and close deals
- Understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation
- Awareness of industry trends, competitor landscape, and local market dynamics
- Understanding of financial metrics, sales forecasting, and revenue generation
- Proven working experience in business development, B2B sales or otherwise relevant area
- Experience in customer support and account manager
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM Software
The Business Development Manager will travel to local businesses to promote and sell company services while managing the in-branch team. Typical office hours are 8AM – 5PM, Monday through Friday. This role requires reliable transportation and the ability to work beyond typical office hours as business needs require. The Business Development Manager is required to use personal transportation and cell phone for business purposes.
