White Cap is seeking a Lead Counter Sales Associate to join our on-site team in Phoenix, AZ. You will deliver exceptional customer service at walk-in, phone, and will-call desks, process orders, arrange deliveries, and upsell related products.
The role requires 7+ years in sales or a related field, plus 2–4 years in customer service, and familiarity with Oracle and sales order software. You will train new counter staff and act as a liaison with customers and supervisors.
