Owning the mid-market provider segment, the full-time remote Mid-Market Account Executive will generate and manage a sales pipeline, lead consultative discovery conversations, and partner with Customer Success to ensure strong client onboarding.
Key responsibilities- Generate and manage a pipeline by self-sourcing leads through strategic outbound efforts
- Lead discovery conversations to identify compliance risks and promote comprehensive compliance programs
- Maintain accurate Hub Spot activity and report territory performance with data-informed insights
- 3+ years of experience managing a full sales cycle with a proven track record of meeting quotas
- Experience with deal sizes ranging from $5K to $75K
- Familiarity with sales automation tools such as Hub Spot, Apollo, Salesloft, or Outreach
- Understanding of a structured sales methodology, preferably SPICED
- Background in healthcare, compliance, or B2B SaaS is a plus
