As a member of our team, you'll sell an exceptional lineup of new Cadillac, Buick, and GMC vehicles
, along with a large inventory of quality pre-owned vehicles
. With strong customer traffic, quality internet leads, and a proven reputation for excellence, you'll have everything you need to build a successful career.

• Earn $90,000–$250,000+ per year
• High-volume internet leads and steady showroom traffic
• Large inventory of new and pre-owned vehicles
• Established dealership with over 100 years of automotive excellence

• Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle
• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, and showroom guests
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
• Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact through vehicle delivery
• Work closely with Finance and Sales Management to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction

• Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience required
• Experience selling new and/or used vehicles
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Experience working internet leads and CRM systems
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Valid driver's license required
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• $90,000–$250,000+ earning potential
