Retail Account Manager – NRS, Retail Services

• Drive NRS Product Sales:
  Prospect, pitch, and close sales for NRS Point-of-Sale (POS) devices, Merchant Services, and Cash Advances to new and existing retail accounts.
• Manage an Assigned Route:
  Develop and execute a weekly cycle to visit retail stores on a regular basis, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Open New Retail Doors:
  Actively prospect and go door-to-door to expand IDT and NRS presence in your territory.
• Onboard & Support Customers:
  Drive the merchant application process, help store owners understand how to use our services effectively, and provide light troubleshooting/tech support on equipment.
• Handle Operations & Inventory:
  Manage sales, cash/payment collections, and telecom card inventory using IDT's accounting system.

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, outside sales, or customer-facing roles. Prior exposure to Merchant Services, POS implementation, or route sales is a major plus.
• Bilingual professionals with fluency in both English and Spanish are highly preferred to support our diverse customer base.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a reliable car, and a willingness to travel door-to-door within your assigned territory daily.
• Comfortable using basic MS Office, CRM tools, tablets, and Bluetooth equipment.
• A resilient "people person" with sharp attention to detail, strong presentation skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment.

Demonstrates expertise in driving product sales, managing customer relationships, and providing operational support in retail environments. Proficient in onboarding customers and utilizing technology to enhance service delivery.
