Responsibilities
- Drive One Pay credit program growth across an assigned Walmart territory
- Partner with Market and Store leadership to increase applications, new accounts, and credit sales
- Own in-store execution to build strong client relationships
- Deliver training and ensure regional strategies are implemented consistently
- Provide insights and performance reporting to client partners
- Monitor competitive activity and adjust field tactics accordingly
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience working in the Financial Services Field or Retail Store Management
- Or in lieu of completed degree, HS diploma/GED and 5+ years' experience working in the Financial Services Field or Retail Store Management
- Minimum of 3 years of field or outside sales experience
- Minimum of 2 years Client Relationship Management experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ Experience developing presentations and pitching to all levels of management
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Willing to travel up to 75% of the time
Demonstrates expertise in driving credit program growth and managing client relationships within the Financial Services and Retail sectors. Proficient in delivering training, performance reporting, and executing regional strategies to enhance sales and account applications.
