We're partnering with a fast-growing, established electrical manufacturer that's expanding its presence within the electric utility and renewable infrastructure markets.
Compensation: $120,000–$145,000 base salary + uncapped commissions (realistic $200K+ earning potential), vehicle program and outstanding benefits.

Location Requirement: This is a field-based position covering California, Arizona, and New Mexico. Candidates must currently reside within the territory.
What You'll Do- Grow an established Southwest territory covering California, Arizona, and New Mexico.
- Develop new business with utilities, EPCs, engineering firms, contractors, and distribution partners.
- Drive specification-based sales for transmission, distribution, and utility-scale renewable infrastructure projects.
- Build long-term relationships with utilities, consulting engineers, municipalities, cooperatives, and key industry stakeholders.
- Identify project opportunities from specification through project award.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
- Experience selling into the electric utility, power grid, T&D, renewable energy, substation, or electrical infrastructure markets.
- Proven success with specification-driven sales and business development.
- Strong relationships with utilities, EPCs, engineering firms, distributors, or contractors.
- Self-motivated professional comfortable managing a multi-state territory.
- Ability to travel approximately 50%.
