What You’ll Do

As a Retail Account Manager, you’ll play an important role in creating positive customer experiences while supporting client growth initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Building rapport and identifying customer needs
• Guiding customers through the sales and purchasing process
• Providing product and service information while answering customer questions
• Resolving customer concerns and delivering exceptional service
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

• Participating in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development programs
• Representing client brands at retail and promotional events

• Weekly base pay of $700-$800
