Medical Account Executive

I’m partnered with an innovative healthcare company that is changing how surgeons and medical device teams train through advanced simulation technology.

They’re hiring an Account Executive in Phoenix, AZ (100% in office) to own outbound prospecting, build pipeline, and grow relationships with some of the largest medical device companies in the world.

• Year 1 OTE: $110K–$125K
• Uncapped commission plan with strong long-term upside

• 1–2+ years of sales experience
• Hunter mentality / comfortable building pipeline
• Strong written communication and follow-up skills
• Some medical, anatomy, healthcare, or med device exposure preferred
• Consultative seller who can work longer sales cycles
