ARC Document Solutions seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth for our digital printing and document management solutions. In this field-based role, you'll prospect and manage a territory of AEC and business clients, consult on document workflows, and sell scanning, managed print, BIM, and cloud-based solutions. You'll manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close, collaborating with operations and technical teams to deliver excellent service.

- Prospect and develop new business within assigned territory for document and information management solutions
- Conduct on-site and virtual sales presentations to architecture, engineering, construction, and business clients
- Understand client workflows and recommend digital printing, scanning, and managed print services to meet their needs
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams to scope solutions and ensure successful implementation
- Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue, activity, and account growth targets
- Represent ARC Document Solutions at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities
- Continuously develop product knowledge and stay current on document management and IT trends
