As Triple Crown expands its Vertical-as-a-Service (VaaS) strategy, we are building a dedicated team focused on developing deep industry expertise, strengthening client partnerships, and creating specialized talent communities. This role will play a key part in establishing and growing this strategic vertical, helping position Triple Crown as the premier engineering talent partner within targeted markets.

• Generate and help lead a minimum of 10 client meetings per month with prospects
• Engage daily over the phone to attract and grow new business while also maintaining strong ongoing relationships with current client portfolio
• Build and manage a portfolio of qualified clients in the tech and engineering space
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication and dependable service
• Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and securing new business
• Prepare and present tailored proposals that align with client needs and showcase Triple Crown’s value
• Ensure ongoing client satisfaction

• 3-5 years of business development or lead generation
• Excellent communicators, over the phone through email and in person
• Confident with leading client meetings
• Focused self-starters who pay high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a commitment to exceed set expectations
• Able to quickly learn new technology
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
• Travel may be required for client meetings
