Sales Associate, Hospitality

We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales and Account Manager to help grow our presence within the hospitality industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building client relationships, and has a passion for luxury hospitality, food, and beverage.

This role entails developing and maintaining relationships with hospitality clients including luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, resorts, country clubs, and hospitality management groups. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and confident managing both new business development and existing client accounts. This role combines consultative selling, account management, and client service to ensure an exceptional customer experience from initial outreach through ongoing partnership.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with hospitality clients and decision-makers
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within luxury hospitality markets
• Conducting outreach through calls, email, networking, and in-person meetings
• Presenting and recommending products tailored to client needs and brand standards
• Managing client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Coordinating with internal teams regarding orders, inventory, logistics, and delivery timelines
• Preparing proposals, quotes, and sales presentations
• Attending industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
• Consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals and performance targets

The successful candidate should have 2+ years of sales, hospitality, food & beverage, luxury goods, or account management experience and preferably experience working with hotels, restaurants, country clubs, or hospitality groups. In addition, this role requires:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• A self-motivated personality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• A professional demeanor with a client-first mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and virtual communication platforms
• an ability to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
