Technical Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• - Generate new business opportunities in Industrial IoT, Industry 4.0, Electrical Automation, and Smart Factory solutions.
• - Identify and develop relationships with OEMs, System Integrators, EPC companies, Consultants, and End Customers.
• - Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions with customers.
• - Understand customer requirements and propose suitable automation and IoT solutions.
• - Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
• - Coordinate with central sales team
• - Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• - Update CRM with customer interactions, opportunities, and sales forecasts.
• - Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.

Remote with frequent client visits. Candidates must be based in either Delhi NCR or Mumbai and be willing to travel across their assigned territory as per business requirements.

• - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related engineering discipline.
• - 5-7 years of experience in Technical Sales, Industrial Automation, Electrical Solutions, or Industrial IoT.
• - Strong understanding of PLC, SCADA, HMI, Energy Monitoring Systems, Industry 4.0, and Smart Factory solutions.
• - Experience in B2B sales and consultative selling.
• - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• - Preferred Age: 25-35 year
