Comfort Advisor Trainee

Howard Air is seeking a motivated Comfort Advisor Trainee to learn residential HVAC sales and customer consultation. In this entry-level role, you'll receive hands-on and classroom training to evaluate home comfort needs, explain system options, and support senior Comfort Advisors with proposals and follow-up. You'll learn load calculations, basic HVAC system components, and financing options while shadowing field visits across the Greater Phoenix area.
