Inside Sales Representative – Wire & Cable

AZ Wire & Cable, part of Lind Fast Solutions Group, is a leading nationwide distributor of electrical wire and cable products. With an extensive inventory and distribution centers across the United States, we serve customers across the electrical, industrial, commercial construction, utility, OEM, and wholesale distribution markets.

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our Phoenix team. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with experience in wire and cable, electrical distribution, industrial distribution, or a related B2B market to build strong customer relationships and grow their career with an established and expanding organization.

• Manage and grow relationships with existing wire and cable customers
• Develop new business through outbound calls, emails, referrals, and targeted prospecting
• Respond to customer inquiries and prepare timely, accurate product quotations
• Identify the appropriate wire and cable products based on customer specifications and applications
• Follow up on quotes, open opportunities, and customer requests to help drive sales
• Partner with purchasing, operations, and warehouse teams to confirm product availability, pricing, and delivery expectations
• Provide exceptional service throughout the quoting, ordering, and fulfillment process
• Maintain accurate customer, lead, quote, and sales activity in the company’s CRM
• Stay current on wire and cable products, market conditions, and customer needs
• Contribute to branch and company sales goals as part of a collaborative inside sales team

• Inside sales, account management, customer service, or business development experience
• Experience in wire and cable, electrical products, electrical distribution, industrial distribution, construction materials, or a related industry strongly preferred
• Knowledge of electrical wire and cable products, terminology, applications, or specifications is a plus
• Experience preparing quotes and managing customer accounts in a B2B distribution environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A customer-focused approach with the ability to build lasting business relationships
• Strong organization, follow-through, and time-management skills
• Comfort working with CRM, ERP, Microsoft Office, and other business systems
• Self-motivation and a genuine desire to learn, grow, and succeed
